- Group Tour Dates – According to your convenience: If you have a group of 2 Adults or more, our ‘Bucket-List Group Tour’ is ideal for an unforgettable holiday experience in Sri Lanka. Tour dates (during August 2018 – April 2019) can be discussed and arranged according to your convenience.
- Customised Tour Itineraries: Please contact us to customize the tour itinerary according to your preferences such as change of attractions or destinations, Hotel categories, reduce/increase the number of days etc. We are happy to provide you with tailor-made tour plans to cater to your requirements.
- Transport – Airport & Hotel Transfers: Air-Conditioned Private Vehicle driven by an English-speaking Chauffeur Guide. All Safari tours are done by special Safari Jeeps (non-A/C) modified for easy wildlife viewing.
- Travel Insurance (mandatory requirement): All passengers travelling in this tour packages must obtain and maintain a comprehensive, suitable, and valid ‘Travel Insurance’ during tour period, to cover all Travel related incidents including (but not limited to) loss of personal valuables, flight misses, sicknesses, injuries, risks to you & third parties and public liabilities.
- Passenger Fitness: Passengers travelling in above tour packages must be medically fit and healthy to participate in the tour. Some hotels require walking & climbing steps to reach rooms and hotel facilities. Most of the sights & attractions will be accessed by foot and climbing steps & walking on uneven ground is involved. Some sights include climbing many steep stairs/steps and reaching heights – and Passengers can choose not to visit these sights, as they are optional. Wildlife Safari Tours are done in rough jungle terrain and bumpy roads. Inside the Wildlife park roads are rough, dusty, and muddy during the rainy season with many pit holes. Passengers who are 70 and over may be required to obtain a doctor’s clearance before Travelling.
- Extra Nights accommodation at Nuwara Eliya / Kandy / Southern Beach / Colombo: Extra night/s accommodation can be arranged, additional costs will apply. Please contact us for details.

Conditions
- Upon submission of your booking details, we will proceed with the booking process.
- A 40% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours of payment receipt.
- The remaining 60% of the payment is due 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
- Once booking is confirmed, you may proceed with the visa application process.
Cancellation Policy
- All orders are non-refundable.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date.
- No refund will be issued for No-shows.
